TERMS OF SERVICE: By purchasing my art services, you automatically agree to the following conditions: PAYMENT: Payment is upfront. I will start with the commissioned piece only after receiving the full payment. Payment will be received via Paypal or Deviantart Points. For Paypal transactions, I will be sending an invoice. Payment should be made within 48 hours unless otherwise agreed upon. Do not send me any form of payment unless I have confirmed doing the commission. I will not refund the full payment once negotiation has finished and everything has been agreed upon. If, however, I am not able to finish the commissioned work due to unforeseen circumstances, I will communicate with the commissioner about this matter and give a refund. Refund will be given according to the following situation: -The sketch is in progress or done: 75% refund -Lineart is in progress or done: 50% refund You are only purchasing the digital file.
